[Causes of pre-24 hour mortality in myocardial infarction].

Abstract
In spite of achievements of modern cardiology cardiovascular mortality is still heavy. The first 24-hour mortality in myocardial infarction (MI) is dependent on a timely care delivery at the hospital stage. Causes are studied of pre-24 h lethality in 141 MI persons. Recommendations are given on reduction of the level of mortality.
