Abstract
Traumatic hypotensive shock is a critical and primary cause of traumatic death, yet the efficiency of treatment remains unsatisfactory. New concepts and technologies are continually being proposed. In view of the difficulty to establish effective venous access on the scene, leading to the concept of permissive hypotension. The blood pressure-raising effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound proposed by scholars in China might bring about a new breakthrough. However, at this stage, treatment technologies for traumatic hypotensive shock still face challenges such as the difficulty in conducting treatments in severe injury scenarios, insufficient advancement, and difficulties in implementation. Improving transportation efficiency remains one of the important measures.
