Abstract
In this study, we explore and evaluate the coherence of AI-generated recommendations output by a Generative AI and an Agent AI to selected disaster scenarios by applying a quantitative methodology. Our preliminary results suggest that AI should not replace expert judgment, particularly in high-stakes scenarios.
